Bone Brothel is a femme-fronted indie-metal band with heavy punk and grunge influences. Informed by iconic acts such as Soundgarden, Black Sabbath, Nirvana, and The Pretty Reckless, they blend haunting melodies, guttural riffs, and ferocious vocals into a sound entirely their own. By fusing the heavy energy and raw emotion notable of the metal genre with distinctive lyrics and imaginative subject matter, Bone Brothel offers a new sonic experience that’s both visceral and intriguing. Based in Portland, Oregon, their members include Alexis Moore on bass, Shannon Selah on drums, Calvin Hart on lead guitar, and Gea John Marie on vocals.
